Top Ten Abbigliamento applica la Legge Europea e la Legge Italiana (D-Legs. 4 novembre 2021 n 170) per quanto riguarda il reso e l'esercizio del diritto di recesso nei Paesi dell'Unione Europea. Nel resto del Mondo le vendite sono definitive.

In particolare:

Quando restituisci un prodotto acquistato da Top Ten Abbigliamento devi tenere a mente le seguenti condizioni:

• Hai 14 giorni di calendario per restituire un articolo o esercitare il diritto di recesso a partire dalla data in cui lo hai ricevuto.
• Solo gli articoli che sono stati acquistati direttamente da TOP TEN ABBIGLIAMENTO possono essere restituiti a TOP TEN ABBIGLIAMENTO.
• Il prodotto restituito deve essere nelle condizioni originali senza alcun tipo di alterazione.
• Assicurati che l'articolo che stai restituendo sia riconfezionato con tutti gli articoli promozionali inclusi nella busta/scatola di spedizione.
• I resi sono a carico del Cliente.

Top Ten Abbigliamento applies the European Law and the Italian law (D-Legs. 4th of November 2021 n 170) as far as return and exercise of right of withdrawal concerns in the European Union Countries. In the rest of the World the sales are final.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from TOP TEN ABBIGLIAMENTO:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from TOP TEN ABBIGLIAMENTO can be returned to TOP TEN ABBIGLIAMENTO. 
• Product returned must be in original conditions without any sort of alteration. 
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the the promotional items included in the shipping bag/box.
• Returns  are at the Customer's expense.
